Mr. Randolph Estrellado, Chief Finance Officer of Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad), has been appointed as Maynilad’s new Chief Operating Officer effective February 1, 2016. Mr. Estrellado officially took over the position vacated by Mr. Herbert Consunji, who left the company to focus on the management of DMCI Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries.
Estrellado has been the company CFO since Maynilad’s re-privatization in 2007, handling all aspects of finance from comptrollership and financial planning, to treasury, budget, investor relations, and corporate planning.
In the interim, Estrellado will continue to function as Maynilad’s CFO on a concurrent capacity until the position is appropriately filled.
Estrellado has a Master’s in Business Administration from the Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts, and a Business Management degree (cum laude) from the Ateneo de Manila University. Prior to joining Maynilad, he served as CFO of Metro Pacific Investments Corp. and ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corp.
