Beginning April 24, Maynilad customers may contact any of five new El Niño Hotline numbers for their water supply concerns. Initially available from 6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday to Sunday, these numbers include 981-3443 to 47.
The dedicated numbers were launched to enhance the private water company’s customer communication channels during El Nino. Maynilad is prepared to extend the numbers’ operating schedule to 24 hours should the need arise.
For billing inquiries and to report leaks and illegal connections, customers may call Maynilad Hotline 1626.
