Maynilad’s NRW group receives triple ISO certifications

The Central Non-Revenue Water (CNRW) Division of West Zone concessionaire, Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad), recently secured three ISO certifications from international auditing and certification body TUV Rheinland Philippines.
A total of nine certificates were awarded to three CNRW sites—its headquarters in Makati, Leak Detection Management office in Manila, and Integrated Meter Management laboratory in Pasay—after passing the strict audit for three management system standards: ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001:2004  (Environmental Management Systems) and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems).
These ISO certifications confirm that Maynilad meets international standards in its NRW-related systems and processes, which cover pipe replacements, leak detection and repair, and meter management. The CNRW Division oversees the company’s water loss reduction program.
