Maynilad recently activated its new Villamor reservoir and pumping station in Pasay City, as part of its master plan to improve and expand its water services in the South.
The new facility can store up to 10 million liters of water during off-peak hours and then release these during peak demand. By using advanced equipment and stronger pumps, the Villamor station can increase the pressure on its influence areas by 10 meters and serve high areas formerly unreached by present pumps.
The P470-million station will serve customers in Brgy. Villamor, Merville, Moonwalk, Sun Valley, San Martin de Pores, Don Bosco, Marcelo Green, BF Homes, San Antonio Subdivision in Parañaque, and Brgy. Cupang and Fil-Invest Corporate City in Muntinlupa.
