Maynilad raises P2M for construction of UP Centennial Dorm

Maynilad, the private water concessionaire for the West Zone, has pledged to support the ongoing construction of the UP Centennial Dormitory in the University of the Philippines in Diliman. The water company hopes to raise P2 million in donations for the construction of the P43M dormitory which will be finished by March and will be ready for occupancy by June 2010.

The UP Centennial Dormitory is a planned two-building complex that can house over 570 undergraduate students. The dormitory will have five floors, with 12 units occupying each floor.  Half of the dorm units will be reserved for UP Engineering students.
