Maynilad customers in Cavite City, Kawit, Bacoor, Imus, Noveleta and Rosario can now contact the water company’s customer hotline by dialling 1-800-1000-92837 or 1-800-1000-WATER. The toll free number is accessible to Maynilad customers who are PLDT subscribers.
The establishment of this toll free call facility is in line with Maynilad’s plan to expand water and customer services in the southern portion of the West Zone.
The Maynilad Hotline is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to address customer inquiries and complaints.
