Maynilad engineers top licensure exam

Two engineers from West Zone concessionaire Maynilad Water Services Inc. (Maynilad) made it to the top ten of the recently concluded Sanitary Engineers Licensure Examination.
 
Manny Anthony Taguba placed third with a grade of 82.61% while Ireneo Mateo who came in at fourth garnered 81.49%.
 
Only 57 out of 105 examinees passed the examination given by the Board of Sanitary Engineering this year. Of the 57 who passed, six came from Maynilad. Joining Taguba and Mateo among the water company’s board passers are Engineers Paul Adrian Alday, Kristina Lamsis, Louiejhon Princesa, and Lech John Sarmiento.

Sanitary engineers specialize in public health for communities, water supply and sewerage disposal.
