MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares daily job assignments of technical teams
- Conducts field inspection and monitors the in-house and contractors’ daily activities
- Validates and monitors utilization and usage of materials withdrawn by in-house team and third-party service provider (TPSP)
- Facilitates timely submission of accomplished job orders for System Applications Products (SAP) update, materials confirmation, and leak tagging
- Conducts random joint inspection/validation of contractor’s billings with Zone Specialist, Admin Specialist, and TPSP representative/s
- Monitors completion of massive meter replacement (MMR) project and timely submission of documents for SAP update
- Ensures timely resolution and closing of customer service information system (CSIS) issues (i.e. no water, low water pressure, poor water quality) within service level agreement (SLA)
- Conducts regular inspection of appurtenances and updates database accordingly
- Coordinates with local government units (LGUs), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), and Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) regarding the implementation of projects/activities
- Proposes the work schedule of the team subject for approval of the Technical Head
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES
- Graduate of engineering course
- Licensed Engineer (preferably license in Civil or Mechanical Engineering)
WORK EXPERIENCE
Preferably with relevant work experience
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Preferably with Professional Driver’s License (Manual Transmission)

WORKING CONDITIONS and OCCUPATIONAL HAZARDS
Working conditions are mostly done in the field exposed to hazardous factors such as:
- Animal/insect bites
- Germs/Bacteria
- Environmental factors (rain, heat, pollution, etc.)
- Theft/robbery
- Physical and emotional threats
- Vehicular and occupational accidents
Sometimes require reporting at a normal office environment
