Maynilad Water Service Advisory as of August 19, 2016 (9 a.m.)

For three days now, the turbidity of raw water in Ipo Dam has remained within the manageable average level of 300 nephelometric turbidity units (NTU) despite sustained rains over the Ipo watershed, even decreasing to 100 NTU since yesterday.

This enabled Maynilad to maintain the production of its La Mesa Treatment Plants at the normal average of 2,000 million liters per day (MLD).

Given the constant normal output for three days, Maynilad was able to fill up reservoirs and stabilize today the water supply delivery to areas previously affected by the reduced production.

However, system adjustments continue as Maynilad fills up reservoirs in the south serving Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Parañaque and Cavite.
