Maynilad renewed its partnership with customer contact center specialist ePLDT Ventus to maintain the 24/7 operations of its Maynilad Hotline 1626. Maynilad is also upgrading the services of the hotline to further enhance customer services in the West Zone. Inking the agreement are ePLDT Ventus president Helen T.
